Met the owners and they were super nice and helpful. They explained the various elements of their lot and what it offered in terms of coverage, security and much more. The price was also pretty affordable compared to a lot of what I encountered when searching for a spot. I also was a big fan of the general layout and the location is great for me and I'm really looking forward to the wash and dump station.
